for weddings only

-2 planning sessions prior to your event date-

       planning meetings may be done in the office or on the phone

 

-1 hour of rehearsal time-

       rehearsal will take place in the designated ceremony site or other location

 

-at least 3 hours of set-up and 2 hours of break-down-

       if no other event is taking place the day, before we would be happy to allow access to your location

 

-5 hours of event time-

       additional time may be added for an additional cost

 

-Uniformed Staff and Bartender-

       all of our staff are professional and knowledgeable 

 

-Dinnerware, Glassware, and Flatware-

       are included for Buffet and Hors D' Oeuvres receptions 

 

-Unicoi Cake display includes: cake knife, cake plates, table,  and linens

       we will hand pass your cake to your guests

 

-Indoor chairs-

        outdoor chairs may be included in some locations
